 What to expect in a Breakthrough Breath and Dance™ session:

Each session is different, but always incorporates BioDynamic Breathwork either laying down or while moving in strong energetic ways to shatter body tension and melt injury patterns. This is followed by dance exploration techniques set to varying types of music to promote diving deeper into yourself and your emotions, motivations, and authentic way of expression. Breakthrough Breath and Dance is a  transformational body-oriented therapy technique.

Especially useful for athletes, dancers, artists, and actors, and highly beneficial for everyone, Breakthrough Breath and Dance will aid you to deeply develop personal awareness through your body. Rohi uses breathwork, bio-energetic movement, and her signature dance techniques to support you in becoming aware of layers within you that are ready to be released and healed. You will move in ways you never imagined you could, you will break through body armor and tension, and release locked up trauma and emotion, ultimately feeling joy, energy, and freedom coursing through your body.

Rohi shares with you the joy and gratitude she experiences as a dancer, the physicality, intensity, and lightness of it. Her 20-year career as a professional ballerina, dance teacher, and choreographer, and her training in psychotherapy, breath therapy, and Osho Active Meditation is synthesized into this approach to healing. Also a DJ and producer of meditation and electronic dance music, Rohi utilizes her musical creations, as well as your favorite music, to take you on a journey deeper inside yourself.
